These are various settings on how Imptalk™ works for you.
General
Bind the default push-to-talk key. Pressing this key will allow you to talk in the selected channel.
Audio
Select the audio playback device such as a specific set of headphones or speakers.
Select the audio capture device such as a built-in microphone or a microphone attached to a headset.
Network
Change the UDP port bound for communication. Most will not need to change this.
Set the maximum number of connections which can be made directly to peers. If others claim you sound broken up, lower the value and then reconnect.
Audio notifications are sounds which are played when various events occur. Each notification can be selectively enabled or disabled, by checking or unchecking the checkbox, and set to a custom file.
Audio Notifications
Plays when successfully connected to a server.
Plays when disconnected from server either manually or otherwise.
Plays when a peer joins a channel you are in.
Plays when a peer leaves a channel you are in.
Plays when push-to-talk key is down and audio is being captured and sent to others.
Plays when push-to-talk key is up and audio is no longer being captured and sent to others.
Screencast preferences determine how screencasting works. See Screencast Frame for an explanation on using screencasting.

Algorithm used when rescaling image before being sent. Options consist of nearest neighbor or bilinear. Each option also has a mode to either stretch an image or preserve the image's aspect. Nearest neighbor is the fastest option but provides visually rough and blocky results. Bilinear provides a slower but smoother looking result than nearest neighbor. Stretching the image can make it look distorted but takes full advantage of the target area. Preserve aspect adds black bars when needed to keep the image from appearing stretched.

When this is checked and the Float Canvas is enabled, it will automatically hide itself after a specified period of inactivity. See below for specifying the timeout time.
Adjusts timeout in seconds for Float Canvas to automatically hide itself. Above option must be enabled and Float Canvas must be enabled or this will have no effect.
